Ex-Servicemen manufacturing units supplying stores to the Defence Establishments under Defence Purchase Programme are eligible for 10% subsidy of the total value of stores supplied or Rs 50,000/- whichever is less, in a financial year for five consecutive years. |
| Eligibility |

The SSI unit should be individually or Jointly owned by Ex-Servicemen/Widows. In partnership Ex-Servicemen/Widows should have minimum 75% shares. |

It should be registered with State Directorate of Industries for not more than 10 years. |

Should be registered with the respective Defence Establishment. Ministry of Defence and Directorate General Resettlement. |
| Procedure |

To obtain the benefit of the scheme, the Ex-Servicemen entrepreneurs can apply to DGR along with photocopies of the relevant documents. |

The prlce subsidy is sanctioned by DGR and the payment is made through CDA Headquarters. |
